Home Remedies for Children's ACHES AND PAINS
- Lavender and Peppermint are helpful for easing
aches and pains.
For children over 6 years old: Lavender, Peppermint or Rosemary, or a simple blend of any two of these essences. Gently rub and massage the affected area.
- Fill the bath with warm water deep enough to cover
your child's shoulders. Add 1 teaspoon of the recommended aromatherapy oil, swirling the water round to make sure it is evenly dispersed.
Your child should remain in this bath for at least 15 minutes.
