||Veggie Stir Fry
1 Red Bell Pepper, cut into ½ inch pieces
2 cups Green Cabbage, sliced thinly
1 cup fresh Shiitake Mushrooms, sliced
5oz. Tofu, cut ½ inch thick
1 Onion, cut in half and roughly sliced
4 cloves Garlic, pressed
2 tbsp fresh Cilantro, chopped
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Vegetable Broth
1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
1 tbsp fresh Ginger, minced
1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
Salt and Pepper to taste
First you need to prepare all of the ingredients. Then heat 1 tbsp of Preparation Time: 20 minutes
broth for about a minute and stir fry the onions for about 2 minutes in
this stirring constantly.
Next add the mushrooms and the red peppers to the stir fry. Keep on the
fire for about 2 more minutes. Then add the ginger and garlic and stir fry
for a further 2-3 minutes.
Finally add the cabbage and the rest of ingredients and stir fry for
another 2 minutes. Sprinkle the sesame seeds over stir fry, and serve.
