Tropical Smoothie
Ingredients: 1 medium sized Papaya 1 Banana 1 ripe Mango 1½ cups Pineapple juice A dash of Vanilla 1 cup Vanilla yoghurt
Preparation:
Deseed, and peel the papaya and the mango, and cut into rough pieces. Slice the banana and add along with the rest of the ingredients into a blender, and blend until smooth.
Serve chilled, or over ice as you prefer.
Preparation Time: 5 minutes Serves: makes 2 servings
