Spinach Fettuccine
Ingredients: 1 lb Fettuccine 1 lb fresh Spinach, (frozen can also be used) 4 cloves of Garlic, sautéed ½ cup of half-and-half ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese, grated ¼ cup fresh Basil 1 tbsp Olive Oil Salt & Pepper to taste
Preparation:
You will first need to prepare the fettuccine according to the instructions on the package. While the pasta is cooking you can then prepare the rest of the ingredients.
Place the remaining ingredients in a food processor, and chop coarsely. When the fettuccine is done, you can then toss the spinach mixture with the pasta to obtain a delicious pasta dish.
Season with salt and pepper, pinenuts and some chopped basil if you like before serving.
