Kale Mediterranean style

Ingredients:   
         2 bunches Kale, chopped
         2 tbsp Lemon Juice
         3 Cloves Garlic, pressed
         1 tsp Soy Sauce
         Extra Virgin Olive Oil to taste
         Salt & Pepper to taste

Preparation:  
    Take each kale leaf and fold in half. Cut or pull the stems out.
    Chop the leaves and rinse in a colander.

    Lightly salt some water and bring to the boil in a steamer. The salted
    water will add taste and color to your kale leaves.
    When the water is boiling add the kale into the steamer basket.

    Leave covered and steam for 7 to 10 minutes. When the leaves are done
    they will be tender.

    Toss steamed kale leaves with the other ingredients and serve.
       
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Serves: makes 4 servings
