Italian Bruschetta

    5 ripe Vine Tomatoes
    8-10 fresh Basil leaves, shredded
    3 cloves Garlic
    ¾ Extra virgin Olive Oil
    Salt to taste
    Necessary amount of toasted Baguette slices.

    Roughly chop the vine tomatoes, freshly shredded Basil and the Garlic
    Cloves together. Combine these ingredients with the Olive Oil and Salt.

    Leave in the refrigerator or on counter for half an hour. Then brush the
    top of toasted Baguettes with the Bruschetta mix.

    You can eat the Bruschetta the next day too. It will taste even better.  

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Serves: makes lots of servings
