4 slices of Bread
½ cup of Milk
2 Eggs, beaten
2 tsp Cinnamon, powdered or ground
This is very simple to make and is a variation on the whole French toast Preparation Time: 35 minutes
First blend the eggs, milk and the cinnamon together. Place the bread
slices over a shallow tray or baking pan, and pour the mixture over the
Allow the bread to soak in the mixture for about 25-30 minutes. You can
then place the cinnamon soaked bread under a broiler for about 2
minutes, or until they turn a nice golden brown.
When the toast is done you have the option of topping it with more
ground cinnamon, brown sugar, honey, or fruit slices.
