Black Bean Chili
Ingredients: 2 cans Black Beans, undrained 6 Cloves Garlic, minced (or 2 tbsp jarred garlic) 4 Roma Tomatoes, diced 1 Onion, diced 1 small can Tomato paste 1 tbsp Cumin
Preparation:
Place all of the above ingredients into a crock pot over a low fire. When the pot starts to boil, reduce the heat to a simmer. Leave the chili on the stove for about 3 hours of cooking time.
When the Black Bean Chili is ready, you can serve it hot over bed of rice.
