Banana Bread Muffins

Ingredients:        
   2 cups All Purpose Flour
   3 Bananas
   1 cup Sugar
   ½ cup Butter
   3 Eggs
   1 tbsp Water
   ½ tsp Baking Soda
   ½ tsp Salt
   Sugar (a little bit for sprinkling purposes)

Preparation:        
    Preheat your oven at 350oF. Then peel and mash the bananas. Add the
    sugar, the eggs, butter and water and mix together well.

    Next add the remainder of the ingredients and mix enough to combine
    the ingredients only.

    Grease your muffin tray or use muffin liners and pour the batter in. Dust
    the batter with sugar, and place in the oven and bake for about 10-15
    minutes.

    When they are done take them out of the oven and place on a wire rack
    to cool. For a crunchy variation, you can add some chopped walnuts to
    the batter.

Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serves: makes 18-24 muffins
