Leaves, crushed 1 tea spoon
Water 2 cups

Combine the spearmint leaves and the water and raise the mixture to a
boil in a covered container. Remove from the heat and let the tea stand
for 15 minutes. Strain the decoction before drinking.

Preparation time: 15 minutes.

Dosage: 1-2 cups a day.
