Leaves, crushed  15 g
Boiling water 2 cups

Pour the boiling water over the leaves, cover and let the tea brew for
5-20 minutes. For light tea steep for 5 minutes; 20 minutes for stronger
tea. Strain the tea and drink hot or warm.

Preparation time: 5-20 minutes.

Dosage: 1-2 cups a day.
