Home Made Herbal Recipes for Stomach Pain with CARDAMOM + FENNEL +
MINT

Cardamom, powdered 1 g
Fennel seeds, powdered  1 g
Mint leaves, ground 1 g
Water  2 cups

Boil the herb mixture in 2 cups water in a covered pan for 15 minutes.
Remove from the heat and allow it to stand for 15 minutes before
straining.

Preparation time: boiling time 15 minutes; standing time 15 minutes.

Dosage: ½  cup, twice a day.
