BOTTLEGOURD, POPPY

Almonds 1.5 g
Bitter bottlegourd  1.5 g
Poppy seeds  3 g
Boiling water 1 cup

Pulverise the first three ingredients to a powder in a mortar. Thoroughly
stir the powder in the boiling water, then strain. Discard half the liquid
and sweeten the remaining half with a little sugar and drink at bedtime.

Preparation time: 10 minutes.

Dosage: ½  cup at bedtime.
