Dried powder  ¼ tea spoon
Boiling water  ½  cup

Steep the ginger powder in  1/2 cup boiling water in a covered container for
15 minutes. Strain and drink it warm.

Preparation time: 15 minutes.

Dosage: 2 table spoons at bedtime.
