Seeds, crushed  15 g
Water ½ cup

Heat the mixture of seeds and water in a covered container till the liquid
is reduced to 3 tablespoons. Strain the tea and cool.

Preparation time: 5-7 minutes.

Dosage:1- 3 tea spoon, twice a day.
