Insect Repellent Using Oil of Sassafras

Rub oil of sassafras on the skin before
venturing out. To make it, put 1 cup of
sassafras into a jar and cover it with vodka.
Screw the lid on tightly. Put it out in the sun
for the whole day, or in a low-heat oven
overnight.
