Aromatherapy Cold Compress for Sprain

1 pt cold water (preferably with some ice cubes)
4 drops German chamomile (or lavender) essential oil

Pour the water into a bowl, add the essential oil and swish around to disperse. Soak a
piece of clean, folded cotton fabric in the water, wring out the excess and apply to the
affected part. As soon as it warms to body temperature, re-apply Repeat two or three
times, adding more ice to the water as necessary.


Aromatherapy Cooling Gel for Sprains

25ml aloe vera gel
1 drop peppermint essential oil
2 drops lavender essential oil

Put the aloe vera gel into a little glass pot add the essential oils and stir well. Apply to the
injured area two or three times daily
