Aromatic Salt Bath for Muscular Strain
Once the swelling has subsided (after treatment with cold compresses), aromatic salt baths will relax taut muscles and facilitate healing of damaged tissue.
200g Dead Sea Mineral Salts 5 drops rosemary essential oil 2 drops geranium essential oil 1 drop ginger essential oil
Add the Dead Sea salts to the bath while the water is still running. After the bath has been filled, add the essential oils and swish around to disperse. Take this aromatic salt bath once a day for about a week.
