Aromatherapy Ointment for Hemorrhoids (Piles)
30g unperfumed skin cream (available from pharmacies)
1 teaspoon calendula tincture
1 teaspoon hypericum tincture
5 drops frankincense (or cypress) essential oil
Apply with a gauze dressing, leaving this in place if possible, and repeat several times daily
or whenever painful.
