Aromatherapy Anti-Cellulite Body Scrub
This scrub is an excellent way of improving skin tone and improving the appearance of orange peel thighs, buttocks and upper arms. Carry out the treatment once or twice a week, as an adjunct to body brushing for the rest of the week. By whisking away the dead skin cells this scrub also makes the skin more receptive to the Anti-Cellulite Body Oil, which should be massaged into the skin immediately afterwards.
3 tablespoons ground oatmeal 4 drops juniper berry essential oil 2 tablespoons freshly-squeezed lemon juice
Mix the ingredients together to form a thick paste. This is a messy treatment, so apply while standing in the bath or shower cubicle. Using circular movements, massage into your skin for at least three minutes before taking a shower.
Aromatherapy Anti-Cellulite Body Oil
25ml sweet almond oil 5 drops cypress essential oil 2 drops geranium essential oil 5 drops rosemary essential oil
Massage into the affected areas. Use three times a week in conjunction with skin-brushing or the anticellulite body scrub.
